About Moonshot Yoga


Welcome to Moonshot Yoga & Wellness where we "take the leap" and put movement, exploration, and self-appreciation at the forefront of our health.

My name is Abi. I'm a certified yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa style yoga that focuses on connecting breath with movement, improving strength and flexibility, and increasing aerobic capacity. I use English terms for all my classes for the purposes of clear communication and to allow students to focus on their own personal meaning of the practice.

Yoga is a holistic approach to physical and mental health that is accessible and adaptable for everyone regardless of age, race, gender, size, or skill level. Join me for LIVE 60-minute vinyasa classes via Zoom once weekly or become a member of the Moonshot community to access my on-demand video library (COMING SOON). This library will be home to pre-recorded yoga classes of varying lengths and styles to meet your every need.
